Before you write
- Subscriptions — manage or cancel in App Store or Google Play subscriptions. Premium is $6.99/mo or $44.99/yr (7-day trial on yearly only). Emberstep V1 does not bill on the web.
- Import stuck — confirm the archive is a Fitbit Takeout or Apple Health export, and that the phone has free storage. Partial archives can still import what is readable.
- Web dashboard — enroll from the mobile app with an email magic link (no social sign-in), then sign in at my.emberstep.app. Magic-link landing on this site: /auth/magic-link. Mobile enrollment deep link stub:
emberstep://enroll. - Android / Health Connect — Health Connect data stays on the phone and does not appear on the web dashboard. Use archive import (or, when enabled, Google Health API) for web coverage.
